Utility Precast Expands Product line with Easi-Set^® Buildings

MIDLAND, Va. – Officials at Easi-Set^® Industries announce the addition of their Transportable Precast Concrete Buildings licensee in West Wareham, Mass.

Utility Precast has previously provided various precast concrete products for the electrical, gas and telephone utilities since the early 1990s.

By adding the Easi-Set^® Transportable Precast Buildings and restrooms to its product line, Utility Precast is able to expand its product offering to its existing utility customers, but also open up new markets and serve new customers.

Currently there are fourteen licensed producers and partners for Easi-Set^®/Easi-Span^® transportable buildings.

Easi-Set^® buildings use a patented post-tensioned roof system that withstands severe weather, temperature, impact and seismic conditions. Installation is generally same day, with minimal site preparation. Easi-Set^® buildings are locally manufactured throughout North America and delivered directly as complete units, or field erected as necessary.

Easi-Set^® buildings are vandal resistant due to the steel reinforced precast concrete construction, tamper-proof hinges, dead bolt locks and 18-guage galvanized steel insulated doors. The steel formed interiors provide maintenance free, smooth and easy to clean surfaces.
