This 125,000 sq. ft., class A office building is a 3rd in a series of 4 buildings in the Columbia Gateway Business Park that has used SLENDERWALL®. The 230 Slenderwall panels feature a “buff” color, architectural precast concrete mix that was finished with a light acid wash to simulate Indiana limestone. The buildings are owned and operated by Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) and the 4th in the series will be a mirror image of Gateway Exchange I and located adjacent to this building.Why Choose SLENDERWALL®?
