Leesburg Concrete to Produce Architectural Precast Panel System at Florida Plant

MIDLAND, Va. – Officials at Easi-Set Industries recently announced that a Florida company will now produce the SlenderWall Architectural Precast Concrete Panel System under a new licensing agreement.

Officials at Leesburg Concrete Company of Leesburg, Fla., were looking for a new product to produce that would be a good fit for their new, state-of-the-art production facility located about 30 miles north of Orlando.

“We chose SlenderWall because it was the most complete system on the market utilizing proven products and technology,” said Kirk Rouse, vice president at Leesburg Concrete.  “This product offers a complete solution for the building exterior for design professionals.”

According to Rouse, another key factor was the support he will get from the staff at Easi-Set.

The newest SlenderWall licensee has been family owned and operated since 1983, with core products including precast concrete steps, ramps and decking, along with the metal guardrails and handrails that accompany the products. 

SlenderWall combines time-proven components to create a permanent, light weight wall system for both new construction and recladding projects. Architectural precast concrete, insulated Nelson anchors and heavy-gauge stainless or galvanized steel studs create a single, efficient exterior wall system with unlimited design freedom.
